Description:
160 Park Lane was located between Tabley and Sparling Streets on the west side of the street. The Kelly's Directories for 1930 and 1938 record that no. 160 was the site of a tailor's shop run by Julian Gorriño.
These sketches show the front and back of the house during the 1940s, when it housed several households and two businesses:

GROUND FLOOR:
Julian Gorriño's Tailor shop
Isabel González and her son, Francisco Froilán González. Isabel's kitchen was at the back of the house and her bedroom and living room in the centre behind the shop, with a skylight.
FIRST FLOOR:
John Patrick Murphy, his wife Baltasara Isabel nee González (daughter of Isabel), and their children: Elizabeth Ann, Emilio Alan, Joseph Patrick, and Francisco John.
